What if I need to cancel my appointment?

While we understand that things come up and schedules change, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to allow others to book. A full refund will be issued if an appointment is canceled with at least 48 hours notice. No refunds will be issued for call/no shows and will result in being blocked from booking future appointments. Please contact us at healnflo@gmail.com for assistance with canceling your appointment.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Reschedules made with at least 48 hours notice will result in full credit towards the rescheduled appointment.Please contact us at healnflo@gmail.com for assistance in rescheduling your appointment.

Can I make changes to my appointment?

If you would like to make any changes to your appointment, such as service or service length, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice. Please contact us at healnflo@gmail.com to submit a change request.

What if I am running late?

We understand that unforeseen delays can happen. We allow a grace period of 5 minutes for your start time. Any delays beyond this will result in deductions from your session duration. If you anticipate being late, please send a text. If the delay exceeds 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the full session fee will be forfeit. We appreciate your understanding.

What is your covid-19/sick policy?

To prioritize safety, please adhere to our updated protocol. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, kindly take a Covid test before your appointment. Contact us if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms so that we can assist with rescheduling if needed:

  • Coughing

  • Sneezing

  • Runny nose

  • Sore throat
