Our focus is on holistic wellness. Unlike most spas, we do not charge extra for the use of, for example, cupping or hot stones. This is important because sometimes multiple modalities are necessary to address a specific pain point or issue. For example, if you are experiencing severe neck pain we may suggest cupping therapy in addition to trigger point massage.

During sessions, we'll address any tension, pain points, or injuries, allowing you to customize the pressure level to your comfort, whether you prefer a gentle Swedish massage or a more intense Deep Tissue Trigger Point therapy.
