How to prepare for your appointment

Before your appointment make sure to drink water. Massage can move fluids though the body. If you have any open cuts or wounds please make sure it is properly covered.
Be sure to have your intake form filled out prior to your appointment.

What is the draping policy ?

Clients may undress to their comfort level. There will always be a sheet covering areas that are not being worked on during the session.

What if i need to reschedule?

You may reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to the set time and date. If you are having trouble with rescheduling contact the office through email.

What is the Gift Card Policy?

Gift Cards expire after 6 months of purchase. This Policy started May 2024.

What if I have a Gift Card from the old platform?

Heal & flo moved away from using Massagebook April of 2024. Emails were sent prior to this change to alert clients to contact the office. All Massage book gift cards expire 1 year after purchase. Massagebook gift cards will no longer be accepted after April of 2025. Any gift cards purchased would need to have been used a year after the purchase date.

For example if the Gift certificate was purchased December of 2023, you would need to use the gift card before that date of December in 2024.
